At Garnet JewelryWe want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return or request a refund, we offer a clear and simple policy.

1. RETURNS

  • We accept returns within 14 days of receiving the order.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all packaging intact.
  • We do not accept returns on personalized or clearance items.

2. RETURN PROCESS

  1. Contact our team via email garnetjoyeria.us@gmail.com or to the number (407) 728-0640 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. We will provide you with a return label if applicable.
  3. Please send the item back and provide the tracking number so we can track it.

3. REFUNDS

  • Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
  • If you paid with Klarna, we'll notify Klarna about the refund. Klarna will pause payments while the refund is processed.
  • Klarna will refund the money to the original payment method, which can take up to 14 business days, depending on the bank.

4. EXCEPTIONS

  • If the merchant only offers in-store credit and you used Klarna, you will be responsible for making further payments for your purchase.
  • Klarna does not automatically cancel payments unless the return is approved.
